BIOL 1500L - LAB: Principles of Biology
This laboratory course serves to reinforce and expand concepts introduced in Principles of Biology (BIOL 1500 ) using basic laboratory methodologies in biological science. Laboratory exercises use techniques such as DNA isolation and amplification, microscopy, phylogenetic analysis, and bioinformatics. Students are introduced to experimental design, data analysis, and scientific writing.
