ART 2990 - Typography I

Formation and manipulation of individual letter forms as the basis for typographic communication. Studio work in rendering type by hand and on the computer. Fostering fundamental knowledge of the aesthetics of type as a visual carrier of meaning.

Prerequisite(s): ART 2200  or COMM 2000  or con­sent of the instructor
