A graduate of the program will:

• meet all standards as defined by the Council for Clinical Certification, in readiness for state licensure and national certification for practice as a speech-language pathologist
• demonstrate entry-level knowledge and critical thinking across the scope of practice for speech-language pathology. 
• demonstrate entry-level clinical skills, including but not limited to speech-language pathology evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning across the scope of practice.
• demonstrate entry-level competence in oral and written communication skills.
• demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary for evidence-based speech pathology practice.
• apply the skills of scientific inquiry to solve clinical problems.
