Biology Research Minor for Human Biology Majors

This minor is for students pursuing a Human Biology major who wish to focus on biology research-based courses as an addition to their degree program. Having research experience and knowledge about laboratory techniques enhances student applications to graduate schools and professional programs in medicine. This minor includes courses focused on research training, including hands-on learning of experimental techniques, as well as training in writing and presenting about biology research. This minor is only for students with a major of Human Biology. Interested students with majors outside the Department of Biology may pursue the separate Biology Research Minor .
