IS 5720 - Global Project Management

Project management from a global perspective building on the principles of project management taught in IS 6710 . Addresses unique issues of global projects including culture, currency, language, legal and political environments, ethics, and virtual teams. Other topics addressed will include risk, portfolio and program management, project management offices, procurement and contract management.

Prerequisite(s): One of the following: IS 3400 , IS 5710 , or IS 6710
