IS 4200 - Advanced Global Project Management Advanced project management from a global perspective building on the principles of project management taught in IS 3400 . Addresses unique issues of global projects including culture, currency, language, legal and political environments, ethics, and virtual teams. Other topics addressed will include agile, portfolio and program management, project management offices, procurement, and contract management. Practical application through collaborating as a group on an international project utilizing agile software and techniques.
