HNRS 2030 - Telling the Human Story This course encourages students to draw on their understanding of concepts and examples from history and literature to critically evaluate essential questions of the human experience. Students will read and analyze significant historical and literary texts across broad perspectives and with depth of detail, and will articulate sensitive and empathetic perspectives on cultural contexts and trajectories of distinctive historical moments, themes, and peoples. Hours may be applied to one of the following requirements in the Liberal Arts program: ENG 2010 , ENG 2020 , HIST 2100 , or HIST 2110 .
This course may not be taken as a repeat for a completed liberal arts course or to satisfy an additional liberal arts requirement.
