HNRS 2010 - Communication and Literacy This course develops students’ ability to write and speak English with precision and clarity, while also strengthening skills in reading and listening for fluency and comprehension. Students will apply rhetorical principles to express and evaluate their own and others’ views for logic, clarity, credibility, and relevance. Hours may be applied to one of the following requirements in the Liberal Arts program: COMM 1010 , ENG 1110 , or ENG 2110 . Credit for ENG 2110 is an option only if ENG 1110 credit is awarded prior to enrollment in HNRS 2010. This course may not be taken as a repeat for a completed liberal arts course or to satisfy an additional liberal arts requirement.
