ECED 3100 - Foundations of Early Childhood Education


A study of the history, theorists, program models, developmentally appropriate practices, and current research studies which form the foundations for educational practices with young children from birth through age 8. An emphasis will be placed on the integrated curriculum and alignment with state and national guidelines. Observation hours are required.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Teacher Education Program.
