Translation Concentration

The concentration in translation provides an introduction to translation skills for the workplace or in service to the community. This program does not include a certification exam or specializations. It is designed for bilingual students or those who already have proficiency in another language and want to use their language gifts to help others. Students who complete the undergraduate concentration may wish to pursue the graduate-level translation certificate  and will only need four additional graduate classes in order to complete it.

Courses in the translation concentration may be shared with any major in the Department of Foreign Languages & International Studies .
