CHEM 3820 - Nutritional Biochemistry and Physiology

Biochemical and physiological fundamentals of nutrition. Discussion of protein, fat, carbohydrate, and energy metabolism, the functions of minerals and vitamins, and their roles and inter-relationships in nutrition, metabolism and human health.

Prerequisite(s): CHEM 2110  or CHEM 3740/3740L
