PPHS 3050 - Culture of Poverty A contemporary cross-cultural multidisciplinary course focusing on holistic ministry with individuals, groups and communities experiencing poverty in urban/rural domestic and international settings. Emphasis is on human and community development to break the poverty cycle through application of health care and Christian principles. Includes a field experience commensurate with course objectives. (Open to all University students.) Offered only at University International Program campuses. Counts for global perspective credit in the Liberal Arts . Equivalent to NURS 3050 .

Term Offered: Offered with sufficient enrollment in a health care based International Program.
