BUS 3900 - Supply Chain Management


Supply chain management (SCM) is a global process - one that involves a vast network of vendors, distribution centers, retailers, and transportation companies. By understanding how supply chains work, the student will be prepared to help a company be efficient, effective, and remain competitive in the global marketplace. This course will examine how supply chain managers oversee every step in the production of goods and services - all the way from gathering raw materials to delivering the final product to customers.

Prerequisite(s): MGT 3540  (may be taken concurrently)
