FCS 3150 - Adolescent Development and Crisis


This course examines the normal development of adolescents and those who have both chronic and acute medical conditions. Content will also include approaches to helping adolescents aging out of the pediatric setting and transitioning into the adult health care system. Students will examine diversity, cultural considerations, family dynamics, and individual health care choices of the adolescent and their family.
