FCS 3020/3020L - Culinary Skills and Food Science II


Application of food science principles and culinary techniques in the preparation of food products. An experiential opportunity for students to apply food science principles, and analyze and evaluate objective and sensory evaluation of foods. Two hours lecture and 3 laboratory hours per week.
