THEA 3210 - Musical Theatre Performance

A workshop based performance course, which incorporates the craft of acting into roles that are specific to musical theatre. Students will perform literature from modern musical theatre. Strong emphasis will be placed on using script/character analysis to generate a personalized performance. Rehearsal with an accompanist outside the regularly scheduled class meetings is required.

Prerequisite(s): Consent of the department chair.
