The study of the inner-workings of commercial transactions with emphasis on commercial paper, secured transactions, debtor-creditor rights, surety ship, antitrust law, insurance, bankruptcy, and professional liability; and the formation and operation of business entities, such as partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations.
