MFT 6210 - Communication and Language Models

A theoretical and pragmatic study of communication and linguistic focused counseling. Course content includes the development and progression of communication theories and relevant contributors to linguistically based models. Contributors of interest will include such influential persons as Sullivan, Erickson, Bateson and Jackson, and influential models such as Milan Systemic, Narrative and Collaborative Language.
