Emphasizing chemical structure of these agents; drug structure-activity relationships and mechanisms of action; chemical reactions involved in the metabolism of these agents; drug mechanisms related to the occurrence of adverse effects; generic and trade names of these agents; pharmacological effects produced by these agents and their relationship to nervous system disorders.
