EDL 666 - Education Law and Values for Administrators


This course, which offers a comprehensive view of the laws that govern state school systems in America, will be presented primarily through case studies analysis. It explores case precedence and rules of law as they apply to educational contexts. Students will be expected to apply legal principles and specific legal facts to various educational settings.       NOTE: Enrollment in all 600-level EDL courses is restricted to students who have been accepted into the M.Ed., Ed.S., or the Ed.D. Educational Leadership program; or building-level or district-level program of study.
