MATH 1320 - College Algebra with Lab


This course is designed to provide a strong foundation in algebra. Topics include linear equations and inequalities, systems of linear equations, integer exponents, polynomial operations, linear and quadratic functions, factoring, review of elementary algebra, quadratic equations, functions and graphs, logarithms, ratio and proportion, and complex numbers.

Prerequisite(s): UNIV 0980  or UNIV 1050 , or a score of 19 or higher on the Math ACT, or a score of 510 or higher on the Math SAT, or 237-262 on the ACCUPLACER Next-Generation Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra, & Statistics placement test, or 18 or higher on the CLT
