HNRS 2040 - Social Systems


Provides the student with analytical tools and mindsets for understanding systems that capture interactions between individuals and the sociocultural systems that embed them. The course involves reading fresh insight from multiple fields in the social sciences and experiential activities to solidify students’ understandings of these concepts. Hours may be applied to one of the following requirements in the Liberal Arts program: ECON 2010 , POLS 1787 , PSY 2010 , SOC 2030 , or global perspectives.

This course may not be taken as a repeat for a completed liberal arts course or to satisfy an additional liberal arts requirement.

Credit Hours: 3

Term Offered: Fall, Spring (with sufficient enrollment)
