HNRS 2000 - Honors Cornerstone

The course introduces students to the foundation of an honors education at Harding University - communication, critical thinking, and contribution - through a common experience for all honors students. It offers students a sharper view of the purpose and value of an honors curriculum while giving them a sure sense of the academic landscape ahead in their fields. Additionally, it trains students to be careful readers and interpreters, and capable researchers and writers, in their disciplines. Finally, the course engages students in an exploration of the opportunities available to them as honors students.
