CSD 6240 - Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing Disorders


Learners in this course study the anatomical and physiological bases of feeding/swallowing in the pediatric population and examine the interaction of the cardiac, respiratory, digestive, and sensory systems. Strategies for the prevention, assessment, and management of disorders, along with the effects on the family, and the benefits of interdisciplinary treatment will be covered.
